Access to the venue for one day from 10am to 10pm for up to 60 guests

Total cost has to be paid in full at booking to ensure a specific date.

We require everyone to have a liability insurance policy (recommend wedsafe.com), therefore, if you are wanting to bring your own alcohol you are able to do so due to it being covered under that insurance policy. If alcohol is not being served you still must have the insurance policy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you have restrooms?

We do not, however we do recommend the restroom trailers on wheels, we as a venue have never encountered a problem with brides not being open to those. We do have some recommended companies that we have worked with in the past but it is your responsibility to get the style and size trailer you want. They are extremely nice and guests never have an issue. Porta potties are also always welcome.

Do you allow alcohol?

We do! We require every couple to have wedding liability insurance, therefore, if alcohol is being served in general it must be stated on the insurance that it is being served on the property whether it is an open bar or served. We do allow hard alcohol on the grounds.

What is the deposit?

A 100% non-refundable fee of $700 is required to book and hold a date. Any remaining fee that is not taken care of at booking for add on items must be received two weeks in advance of event taking place. No booking will be deemed complete, nor a date reserved, until the main fee is paid in full.

Can the 10am to 10pm reservation time be changed?

Earlier access to the venue the day of the event may be permitted if necessary, however, unless agreed upon in advance, the 10 pm end time can not be extended.
