An Authentic Wedding Experience At Our Barn Venue in Lexington, KY

With the wedding package, there will be a Restroom Trailer that has two stalls.

We do! We require every couple to have wedding liability insurance, therefore, if alcohol is being served in general it must be stated on the insurance that it is being served on the property whether it is an open bar or served. We do allow hard alcohol on the grounds.

To hold and book a date, the required deposit is 50% ($3,000 + 6% tax) of the overall venue price of $6,000 + 6% tax. The remaining 50% must be paid one month in advance from the event date. If you were to get our additional add on items they must be paid in a separate transaction and are not refundable but can be exchanged with another rental item(s) equal to the value.

We do have a bridal house that is an additional cost for the day. It is the farm owner's personal home that she opens up for the wedding day to allow the bridal party to get ready and take photos.. Etc. The bride and the wedding party have access to the whole main floor of the house, including the kitchen to lay out breakfast and lunch, the master bath to get ready in and hang the brides dress in the big window, and access to the master bed for bed photos with the bridesmaids.

The house is located on the farm but at a different entrance one mile down the road. Many couples and photographers like it for a different photo op area due to having a black blank fence, and a big flower garden, and many trees. We can even bring a pony or horse down to get in some photos upon request! Access to the bridal house is only the day of from 9am until the time to leave for the wedding. We do not at this time have grooms quarters for them to get ready but that is underway, however, grooms and groomsmen are allowed to come to the home for photos or first look upon the brides wants.
